DURAPlay Sports turf products are exactly what you would expect from Challenger – the highest quality! These products work for a variety of surfaces, from arena football to training facilities to batting cages. They are constructed from high tech polypropylene, polyethylene or nylon fibers, and can be purchased with unitary or attached cushion backings. We also have designs for glue-down or Velcro seam installations.

• Polypropylene — The most cost-effective are the Polypropylene fibers.
• Polyethylene — The softest and least abrasive are the Polyethylene fibers.
• Nylon — Nylon fibers offer maximum wear resistance.

• Unitary and Action-Back goods are ideal for glue-down installations on concrete or asphalt.
• Urethane cushions–provide shock absorbency for safety and durability and are available in varying thicknesses. These can be glued down or made portable with velcro seams.

Most DURAPlay Sports styles are in stock and readily available. Limited styles are stocked with attached cushion backings. Large orders for fields or arenas with attached cushion backings and / or Velcro seams require a two to four week lead time.
